Australia Post is very reliable, however in the case of a damaged delivery please read on:

WORKS ON PAPER

In the instance that an Artwork on Paper arrives damaged photo documentation of the damage must be emailed to artistastyle(at)gmail(dot)com within 48 hours of signing for package delivery. Upon agreement that the piece has been damaged in transitArtista Style will replace and pay for the delivery of your replacement item. The damaged item must be mailed to ArtistaStyle in its original packaging, posted within 7 days of receiving replacement confirmation from Artista Style. A replacement artwork will not be posted until the damaged item has been returned to Artista Style, with the postage cost of returning the item being the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS are packaged to withstand compression and will not flex or bend. If your piece arrives damaged, photo documentation of the damage must be emailed to artistastyle(at)gmail(dot)com within 48 hours of signing for package delivery. Upon agreement that the piece has been damaged in transit, Artista Style will offer a full refund, or offer to replace the painting with a work of similar value. Artista Style will also pay for the delivery of the replacement item.

There is no exchange or refund for change of mind.
